Anesthesiologists Database

Schedule-Tools uses online tools to manage your anesthesiologists database. The data is used for scheduling as well as for optional public web site display.

The scheduler uses information such as the hospitals that an anesthesiologist practices at, their specialties (for example cardiac or pediatric specialties) (see example) days of the week that the anesthesiologist works, hire date and separation date, etc. (see example) Each date/call/location task that is assigned to an anesthesiologist is permanently stored for historical reporting as well as historical weighting in the scheduling algorithms.

The optional public web site may display anesthesiologist photos and CV, education background or whatever information you wish. Showing the background and qualifications of your staff to public and hospital staff helps build a connection between your staff and customers and patients.

Anesthesiologist records are associated with user records that are used to log onto online tools. Selected data, such as CV and contact information is managed by your anesthesiologists themselves. This saves administrative work and helps keep the information up to date.
