Early Off/No Call

Schedule-Tools includes online applications that allow your staff to make early off / no call requests subject to the rules your practice has established regarding staff early off / no call requests. Generally your practice will establish policies related to required staffing levels and the maximum number of requests that a staff member may make.

Schedule-Tools will allow you to specify a minimum available staffing level per site and specialty. The early off / no call request tool will display a monthly calendar which only allows dates that have an available early off / no call request for that user to be selected. (see example)

Your practice may allow fixed number of requests per month or other unit of time. You may also place constraints on how far in advance request may be made, and of course once a schedule is produced for the month, the tool will be locked.

You may also define what a early off request and no call request are. For instance, you may specify that an early off request is implemented as a specific call per location. In most cases a no call request will not schedule the anesthesiologist for the date they made an approved selection.

Since the online tools reflect your practices constraints no administrator intervention is required, saving your schedule administrator more work.
