Email or Text Page Updates to Staff Members

Schedule-Tools has online applications that allow your staff (or hospital/clinic staff) to send text page or email messages to your staff using secure online web pages. This allows your staff to receive updates or information as soon as it is available.

Text page or emails may be sent to an individual physician or a group of physicians. Several tools are available for selecting who will get the information. First, an authorized user wishing to send information to physician(s) determines which is most appropriate, a text page or email message.

The user will then log in and choose either text page or email tools. They will then choose to send a message to a single physician by clicking on a member of the active staff list, or choose to use physician groups.

Physician groups are made up of physicians at a site and the time period (working today, or working tomorrow) or all staff.

The authorized user will then fill out a text box on the web page and click send. The email or text page addresses are then pulled from the physician contact data and the messages are automatically sent. The user does not have to use their email or other client to do this, just log on to the Schedule-Tools site and use the web applications.
