Locations DataThe locations data table is used by your practice to define the locations that your staff provides services. Details such as the minimum and maximum number of anesthesiologists needed weekdays and weekends, required specialties, etc. are stored here. Rules may also be associated with locations. For example, you may specify how many tasks are considered "high calls" at each location. Each location can have a maximum call position that will be assigned to an anesthesiologist requesting early off or no call for the day. Schedule-Tools also stores address and contact information for each location that is used in reports and schedule notifications. Each location has a designated "Location Manager". The Location Manager is able to manage uses associated with that location. Having hospital/clinic staff manage their own users reduces your administrative burden as well as helps to keep location staff data up to date. |
