Menu Manager

Schedule-Tools uses a unique site manager flash menuing system that gives selected staff complete control over menu items and security. The menu manager uses database stored information that controls the linkage between the flash button text, the page, who may view the button and who may use the page.

When you create or modify your menu structure you will see an outline view of the top, 2nd, and 3rd level menu items. Editing the menu is as simple as clicking the item in the outline which will take you to the item edit screen.

The flash menu system includes integrated menu security. Each menu item has attributes that select who sees the button and who can use the page. The users security level controls which menu the user is able to see and use.
