Reports

Schedule-Tools has dozens of reports that allow the schedule administrator, your staff, and location staff to view a wide variety of information managed by Schedule-Tools. The examples listed below are just a subset of the reports available. We are also happy to create additional reports for you as needed.

Some reports allow you to filter the results by date, location, or other inputs. Some reports are fixed and depend on who has selected a report. Some reports are static, and some are interactive or allow data drill down. Many reports are presented as Flashpaper* for easy printing. Other reports are html as they are primarily intended for online viewing.

*Flashpaper is a content format that is used by your Adobe/Macromedia Flash browser plug in. The advantage of Flashpaper is that it may be dynamically generated, but at the same time offers control of the appearance and formatting that html content does not.
