Staff Directory

Schedule-Tools staff directory web pages are designed to support patients, hospital/clinic staff, and your staff. The public may view information that is entered by your physicians, or by a site administrator on their behalf. Examples would be a photo and educational and biographical (cv) information. Your practice may choose the information and presentation of this information. As always, the focus is on pushing out information to the user communities that need it and empowering your staff to maintain their own information to reduce the burden on the schedule administrator.

Hospital and Clinic staff will be able to access additional information such as contact information and specialties. A Flashpaper report is often printed and posted for staff use. The printout has a date on it which helps the clinic staff keep the roster up to date as they may print out a new one whenever needed.

Your staff may make the same use of the staff directory, an always up to date contact list. Since each physician can maintain his or her own information, it will be more up to date than if a single person has to periodically contact everyone to update the data. Having a single location with up to date staff information helps your staff if there is a need to contact other staff members if there is an unexpected schedule or other issue.
