Schedule-Tools provides a suite of tools for managing, selecting, and accounting for staff vacations in the schedule. Online tools manage and report selected vacation days and allow your staff to chose their vacation days in accordance to your vacation rules. Vacation data is used by the schedule engine to make sure that staff is not scheduled on days they are on vacation.

The Schedule-Tools vacation tools suite take the burden of managing and accounting for vacation days from the schedule administrator. Your staff is empowered to make their own requests and view their vacations schedules without any manual intervention. Both vacation round robin selection, and open selection tools are available as your policies dictate.

Both during and after vacation days have been chosen staff may view monthly and year-at-a glance vacation schedules. Many practices also list staff on vacation on the monthly schedules as well for reference.
