Hospital and clinic staff really don't care about where else your staff is scheduled today, they want to know who is providing services at their facility. With this in mind, when a user associated with one of your service locations logs in and looks at the schedule they see the weekly and monthly schedule for just their facility if they choose. Often site operating room schedulers will use the printer friendly Flashpaper versions of the schedule to make surgery assignments.

Your staff will appreciate the ability to look at the complete schedule for all locations, or the schedule at their location for today, tomorrow, this week or all month. The schedules also have staff contact information on them (pager or the contact information you choose). Staff can also view statistical schedule information that gives them the confidence that the schedules being produced are accurate and equitable.
